Mr. Wolfgang Neumann (founder of EUROSAFE) has been working successfully as a certified appraiser, authorised to practise in the field of packaging and load safety (including dangerous goods) in road, rail and maritime traffic since 1993. His activities as an expert appraiser range from expert appraisals for the courts and for shippers to abitration reports in Germany. Since this time, concepts have been developed which are binding and legally sound. The satisfaction of the courts, parties to disputes and the logistics industry, and the confidence they have placed in EUROSAFE and its founder, Mr. Wolfgang Neumann over many years, can be regarded as extremely high.
Since 1 September 2009, Mr. Neumann has been registered to work for the courts and for shippers in the most varied of branches, from waste disposal to air and space travel, in the specialist areas mentioned within Europe. Particular emphasis can be placed on his competence in road, rail and maritime traffic as well as in multimodal transport.
In addition to damage surveys, it is also important to investigate the causes. EUROSAFE particularly includes accident analysis in its loading safety appraisals. It also brings in national and international specialists to complement its own expertise. |
